Bring an open mind and a willingness to explore a fresh approach to movement. A keen interest in understanding Garuda® principles and their application to movement is essential.
Who Can Participate:
- Anyone eager to deepen their understanding of Garuda® for personal practice.
- Current instructors in any movement modality (Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, etc.) looking to explore a new, innovative form of movement or seeking inspiration for their teaching practice.
- Movement practitioners seeking a fresh perspective on how to view bodies in movement – identifying & addressing inhibitions to mobility, compensational patterns, muscular imbalances, postural habits, etc.
